Studio Terms and Conditions
- Kanuuna Pilates Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time.
- Reservations may be done through this website. Reservations are highly encouraged ahead of time to ensure that we will have a slot for you.
- Wait for our e-mail confirmation.
- Please arrive on time. Latecomers shall not be allowed to participate in the class anymore for their safety. Payment shall be forfeited unless cancellation was done 24 hours in advance.
- For group classes, students may cancel up to 12 hours before class starts.
- To ensure that our classes will be safe for you, you will be required to fill up a form asking for your medical history.
Please let us know about any possible health issues.
- Clients who are 16 years old and below must be accompanied by their guardian or parent.
- Packages, passes, and products may be purchased at the studio.
- Prices and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.
